Returns


We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:

 

• The item must be unused and in original condition.

• The product must be in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.


Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible for returns.

Refunds


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.


If approved:


•Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

•Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Products


If you receive:

 

•a damaged item,

•defective product,

•or wrong item,


please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• order number,

• clear photos/videos of the product,

• packaging images.


We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:

•Items damaged after delivery

•Products without original packaging

•Clearance or final-sale items

Cancellation Policy


Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.


Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
